34% Blackberry White Chocolate

We took our white chocolate and made it better! Freeze dried blackberries were powdered and added into the melangers as the chocolate was being made grinding the blackberries and incorporating them into the chocolate and coloring it a wonderful purple color and naturally flavoring the chocolate. When poured, pieces of freeze dried blackberries were then pressed into the chocolate so you have a wonderful treat with each bite!
