34% Strawberry White Chocolate

We took our white chocolate and made it better! Freeze dried strawberries were powdered and added into the melangers as the chocolate was being made grinding the strawberries and incorporating them into the chocolate and coloring it a wonderful pink color and naturally flavoring the chocolate. When poured, slices of freeze dried strawberries were then pressed into the chocolate so you have a wonderful treat with each bite!
