34% Mango White Chocolate

During the making of our 34% white chocolate, we added powdered freeze dried mango into the mix flavoring and coloring the chocolate with the tropical flavors of mango! When the as were poured, we added more pieces of freeze dried mango onto the back of the bars so you get the flavor of the mango with a nice crunchy texture!
